Non Violent Communication
and yoga retreats
Dates:
16 - 22 March 2025
One often gets to know yoga through the practice of asanas (postures) and meditation. These two aspects of yoga reconnect us to ourselves through awareness of body and mind. One soon discovers, of course, that yoga is about much more, and its practice makes us feel whole.
This is why, in our regular yoga retreats, we offer a taster in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a practice that chimes strongly with Non-Violence (Ahimsa) in yoga.
The Program
Sunday (Arrival day)

Arrival and check-in at a time of your convenience.
6pm-9pm
Welcome evening to introduce the frogs' house and and the Nonviolent Communication & Yoga retreat, followed by a welcome finger-buffet dinner, including wine, hosted by the frogs' house team
We have organised this retreat, to go further in exploring this: can we communicate and connect with others in a way that makes us feel whole, too?
Accompanied by Benoit and Hélène throughout your stay, you will have a full immersive experience not only in NVC and its connections to the teaching of yoga, but also in the authentic slow life that our guests adore about our beautiful village.
This retreat is for guests who have, either here or elsewhere, had some exposure to the teachings of NVC. Early booking is recommended as the guest numbers are limited to 8 on this retreat.
